Jealous Bird ist ein perfektes Beispiel für Freys brillanten Kompositionsstil: Das Intro scheint uns zunächst in zu rockigen Anklängen zu führen, doch mit der allmählichen Weitung des musikalischen Raums öffnet sich das Stück der Improvisation. 🇫🇷 Tout juste sorti, “Elements” est le deuxième album du quartet Driftwood, formé à Zurich, qui propose une approche dynamique grâce à la combinaison de riffs rock percutants et de mélodies jazz raffinées. Jealous Bird est un parfait exemple du brillant style de composition de Frey: l'introduction semble nous guider vers des suggestions rock, mais à mesure que l'espace musical s'élargit, le morceau s'ouvre à l'improvisation. 🇮🇹 Fresco di stampa, “Elements” è il secondo album del quartetto Driftwood, nato a Zurigo, che propone un approccio dinamico grazie alla combinazione di riff serrati di matrice rock e raffinate melodie jazz.
