This May long weekend may well shape up to be an extra spicy one, with long overdue guests @djtoushay & @kyleburchilllll coming to show us why they’ve been staples in the QLD house music scene for over a decade. OG party starter @christopher_brooks_ is back behind the wheels of steel, with a setting the spicy mood in motion slot. The ever-reliable peppery residents @joacoballester and @ryskee_ round out the family affair.
Expect a day-time session, through sunset, into evening and of course, house music rollers encapsulating the outdoor courtyard. Add some extra production on the call sheet for this one and it’s safe to say we’re fizzing 🌶️

Joaco.B returns to Flight of the Lovebirds, this time representing the Spicytech brand for Ryskee, while he is away. Spicytech is a brand that is truly killing it on the coast right now. These guys and this crew are absolute weapons behind the decks. Joaquin will be going b2b with Wax Lyrical’s, Jackson Winter, sending the locally loved Spicywax vibes! Hailing from Argentina and immersed in electronic music culture since 2010. Joaquin then found his footing behind the decks in 2017, inspired by the hypnotic pull of the Romanian minimal movement. He later collaborated with other local DJs to create a party series dedicated to underground house music, regularly featuring top selectors from Buenos Aires.
Now based in Australia, Joaquin’s soundscapes have evolved into an eclectic exploration of genres, blending elements of house, microhouse, minimal, and deep tech, always in pursuit of an authentic underground sound. A true digger with a sharp instinct for the vibe. Joaquin’s journey is only just heating up ❤️🔥
