I feel very strongly that I shouldn’t need to say this, but just as strongly that I do. These aren’t just my values, they’re my boundaries. If you disagree with these four statements and their meanings, go ahead and unfollow me—my writing isn’t for you, my magick isn’t for you, and I, myself, am not for you.
1. Fuck ice. They are kidnappers, murderers, rapists, slave hunters, and genocidal 21st century nazi war criminals. No ifs ands or buts, no reforms, no exceptions. ACAB.
2. Free Palestine. A litmus test for an entire generation. Palestinian liberation is liberation for all. The corpse of Imperialism will fertilize the olive trees of a free Palestine.
3. If you’re not protecting trans people in your words, deeds, and politics, we cannot be friends. Of the state sponsored genocides being funded by the US war machine, the silent mass erasure of trans history and people is one that has me and my community in need of real Allies. Not performative bullshit. Earnest protection.
4. No human is illegal on stolen land. No borders. No billionaires. No fascist, racial US colonial regime. Land belongs in the hands of its indigenous protectors and caretakers. It’s true for Palestine, true for Greenland, true for Congo, Hawaii, Venezuela, Sudan, Congo, Puerto Rico, and especially for Turtle Island.
I am not here to equivocate, coddle, or convince anybody of their humanity. You either care about protection, liberation, and reparation, or you don’t. If you don’t, this is a formal invitation to unfollow me, block me, and stay away from me in real life too. For the rest of you—my people, my comrades, my allies, my friends—now is the time when the principles become practices. Someday everyone will have been against this. But those of us who are against it now have to stand up, speak up, and show up. Love and courage to us all.

Some recent life updates to let people know what I’m working on!

I am WRITING another book!
Still not the real cover, but *a* cover.
It’s a sequel to the one I’m editing. Writing a new RD is the carrot which makes the Editing Stick bearable. I am about a third of the way through and let me tell you, this one is PACKED!! My favorite thing I’ve ever written for sure.

A few months ago, I had an encounter with the god/goddess/goddxx Dionysos, who told me I needed to start dancing regularly and with PASSION! Since moving in January, I’ve danced dozens of times, and the message has been consistent: PLAY! That is the movement which mends the body and tends the heart.
That’s actually what led me to make these masks! They’re an experiment in play. Dancing behind these masks is a deliciously otherly experience, because they each have a life of their own! You’ll see what I mean when you put one on 🌝
Excited to throw a Dionysian Soirée this summer! Keep an ear out for the date and expect to see these masks finished and painted! 🎭
