John has established himself as one of comedy’s most exciting and in-demand performers. The Glaswegian’s sharp storytelling and quick-witted, fish-out-of-water humour have made him a crowd favourite.
His debut comedy special ‘The Scotsman’ was released in 2022 by Cottage Country Digital. It hit #1 on the iTunes comedy chart and earned widespread critical acclaim. In 2024, John performed a sold-out run of his solo show at the Glasgow International Comedy Festival and appeared on CBC’s Accent on Toronto. He has opened for multiple comedy heavyweights including Russell Howard, Gilbert Gottfried, Rosebud Baker, James Adomian, Tom Green, Randy Feltface, Amy Miller and Josh Gondelman.
Join us at Rivoli for a night of hilarity as we start the official countdown to the St. Patrick’s Parade. Our headliners will be the dynamic duo of Fiona O’Brien (Ireland) and John Mostyn (Scotland). Our host will be Lianne Mauladin!
