Happy Belated International Dance Day🦋
Every time I check in with little me, all she wants to do is dance (&sing) 💃🎤 So that's what I'm gonna keep doing. It was so nice being in the studio again after taking a little break.
I hope you're doing what you love😘

I used to think I just liked being busy.
Always working. Always doing. Always moving.
But the truth was…
I didn’t feel safe slowing down.
This month has been bringing up a lot of reflection for me…
As someone who has experienced sexual trauma,
I’ve been noticing how deeply it shaped the way I show up in my life.
The constant doing.
The need to keep going.
The pressure to prove that I’m enough.
The need to people please or over give
But healing has been teaching me something so important:
I don’t have to live like that.
I don’t have to exhaust myself to be worthy.
Rest is safe.
Slowing down is safe.
Being in my body is safe.
I am safe.
If this resonates with you…
Please know:
It was not your fault.
And you don’t have to carry that weight alone.
You are worthy of rest, love, and care 🤍
This is also why creating spaces for rest and healing is so important to me. If any of this resonates with you and you need support, click the link in my bio to book🤍

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month 💜
And this is something I’ve carried quietly… but I feel ready to share.
I am a survivor of sexual trauma.
For a long time, I didn’t fully understand how deeply it affected me—my body, my confidence, my sense of safety, my worth.
Healing hasn’t been easy, but I promise, it's worth it.
Through my journey, I’ve learned that healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself… it’s about coming back home to yourself.
Learning to feel safe in your body.
Learning to trust yourself.
Learning that what happened to you does not define you.
And I want you to hear this…
It is not your shame to carry.
It is not your fault.
You never deserved any of that.
If you were never believed… I believe you.
If you’ve been holding this in… you don’t have to anymore.
I’m here to speak up with you, to hold space for you, and to remind you that you can overcome this.
You can heal from this.
And you don’t have to do it alone.
I’m a survivor because I stopped letting it hold me back.
I’m a survivor because I can still look at those who hurt me through the eyes of love.
I’m a survivor because my life could have gone a completely different way—far from God… but healing this, with His help, brought me even closer to Him.
And I know that because I overcame this, I can help others who need that same support.
I’ll be your voice. I got you 🤍
You are still worthy.
You are enough.
You are valuable.
God loves you and wants you to heal, so that you can be truly happy and free.
If you’re on your own healing journey, just know… you are not alone.
✨ You are safe to heal
✨ You are allowed to take your time
✨ You are allowed to rise
✨️ You don't have to look like what you've been through
If you feel called to deepen your healing and build true inner confidence, I share more on my episode of the God Glow Podcast.

I AM FREE🤍
Healing the beliefs that told me I wasn’t worthy… wasn’t loved… wasn’t enough…
has been one of the most important journeys of my life.
There were moments in my life that created those beliefs within me.
Moments that made me question my value, my voice, my worth.
But I made a decision…
to no longer live from those wounds.
I’ve done the deep work.
I’ve faced the pain.
I’ve allowed myself to feel, to release, to surrender it to God.
And today… I feel free.
I’ve healed from sexual trauma.
From experiences that once made me feel small, unworthy, and unseen.
And I am living proof…
that you can heal.
That you can break those chains.
That you can become someone who feels confident, whole, and aligned—
even without validation from the outside world.
What supported me in my healing:
✨ Staying connected to God
✨ Daily meditation & healing
✨ Speaking to myself with love
✨ Forgiving myself first
✨ Forgiving others—even without an apology
✨ Choosing gratitude… even for the painful lessons
It didn’t happen overnight.
There were layers.
There were things my mind had hidden…
and through consistent healing, I was able to uncover, release, and transform that pain into love.
I know this may be triggering or hard to read…
but this is why I share.
Because there are so many souls silently carrying this.
If you’ve ever felt unworthy… unloved… not enough…
If you struggle to look at yourself in the mirror…
If you feel like you can’t fully live or go after your desires…
I want you to know:
✨ You are not alone
✨ You are worthy
✨ And healing is possible
Because everything shifts spiritually first…
true healing starts from within.
When you choose to do the inner work,
your outer world begins to change.
If you feel called to go deeper in your healing journey,
I would truly love to support you.

If you see me showing up confidently, dancing, speaking, creating…
just know—this version of me was built through years of choosing to heal.
And if my story can help even one person feel seen…
it is all worth it.
You can heal.
You can rise.
You can be free. 🤍

Life can get so busy… so loud… so overwhelming.
And if we’re not mindful, we can find ourselves constantly pouring into everything and everyone else—while slowly feeling drained within.
I realized I started feeling out of balance… and it was because I hadn’t made time for something that brings me so much joy—dance 🤍
That was my reminder.
Your joy is not a luxury.
It’s a necessity.
This week, I’m setting the intention to create space for the things that light me up, ground me, and reconnect me back to myself. Because when I feel good within, everything else flows so much better.
If life has been feeling chaotic or heavy lately… this is your sign to pause.
Take a breath.
Come back to yourself.
You deserve to feel balanced, fulfilled, and alive—not just busy.

What’s been supporting me lately 🤍
Lately I’ve been focusing on a few simple things that have really helped me feel more grounded, energized, and aligned.
Sometimes it’s not the big changes that shift everything… it’s the small daily habits.
✨ Taking quiet time to meditate, reconnect with God, set my intentions for the day, and ask for His guidance and support.
💧 Drinking more water. Our bodies are mostly made of water, so nourishing ourselves with good quality water is so important.
😴 Allowing myself to rest when my body needs it instead of forcing myself to push through exhaustion. Rest is productive too.
🌙 Making sleep a priority. Getting about 6–8 hours of sleep has made such a difference in my energy and mood.
✨ Staying consistent with my skincare and nighttime routine. I’ve been seeing such great improvements in my skin lately that most days I barely wear makeup — just tinted SPF, a little lip, and lashes.
Our outside world is often a reflection of our inner world, it’s so important to take the time to care for ourselves within.
A gentle reminder for you this week:
Drink your water. Get your rest. (It’s really ok to rest) Set your intentions. Ask God for guidance. Check in with your body.
Taking care of yourself from the inside out allows your natural glow to shine. ✨

Sometimes, the most powerful things we can do for our body are the simplest ones… like drinking more water. 💧
In this clip from the very first episode of The Goddess Glow Podcast, I talk about how something as simple as staying hydrated can make a huge difference in how we feel.
So many people struggle with anxiety, fatigue, brain fog, and feeling off in their body — and one thing that’s often overlooked is dehydration.
Water helps to:
✨ Support your nervous system
✨ Improve energy and mental clarity
✨ Help your body flush out toxins
✨ Support healthy, glowing skin
✨ Bring your body back into balance
For me, drinking water is more than just physical health — it also feels energetically cleansing. Water carries such a powerful, natural energy, and when we hydrate our body, it can help us feel more clear, grounded, and connected.
A couple of simple tips that really helped me build the habit:
💧 Prepare your water the night before. I like to fill up my water jug at night so it’s ready to go in the morning. It saves time and helps me start the day hydrated.
⏰ Set reminders on your phone. When I used to struggle with drinking enough water, setting reminders throughout the day helped me stay consistent.
Now it’s something that feels natural for me — but small supportive habits can make a big difference when you’re getting started.
Sometimes, the shift we’re looking for doesn’t require something complicated…
Sometimes, it starts with simply nourishing our body with what it truly needs.
