Of course we’ll capture some beautiful posed photos too, but candid moments will always be our favorite because they tell your story in the most honest way. ♥️
We’ve been to Palm Event Center so many times now, and honestly we still can’t get over it. Every visit feels a little different in the best way, especially when we bring our couples for creative sessions. There’s always a fresh angle to discover, a new backdrop to work with, or just another way to experience the space.
The people who work here also make a big difference. Everyone is always easy to work with, super helpful, and really great at what they do. It just makes everything flow so much smoother on event days, and we truly appreciate that.
We’re really lucky to be a preferred vendor here, and the fact that it’s less than 10 minutes from home is just the cherry on top. Always excited to come back and create something beautiful with our couples. ♥️
After many years together and raising 5 beautiful kids, their wedding day finally arrived. It was a moment so many people had been waiting for, and you could feel how meaningful it was from the very beginning.
Gabby & Lando are one of the sweetest couples we have worked with. They made sure everyone around them was enjoying themselves, and their connection was so genuine and beautiful to witness.
The celebration was filled with love, joy, happy tears, laughter, and so many emotional moments. It truly felt like a beautiful roller coaster in the best way possible. Everything felt so personal because it was centered around family, connection, and the people who matter most.
We also loved working with all the vendors who helped bring this day together. Being surrounded by so many amazing local Tri Valley creatives made it even more special. From the planning, to the thoughtful details, to the stunning floral arrangements, everything came together so naturally.

One of the most meaningful touches at Kelby and Iannick’s wedding was a handwritten letter waiting for each guest at their seat. As dinner began, people slowly opened them, and the room filled with laughter, quiet tears, and conversations sparked by shared memories. Some guests even traded letters, comparing stories and reliving moments they had with the couple over the years. It created this natural, heartfelt energy that you could feel throughout the night.

We still can’t get over how lucky we are to have a place like this in our backyard and to tell love stories in such an iconic venue.

The celebration continued in the North Light Court, completely transformed with soft, romantic florals, luxe linens, a white carpet installation, and elegant full-room draping—creating a room so unrecognizable even to those who frequent the City Hall building.

It’s always extra special when family gets engaged, and we’re so happy for Joel’s cousin Jennifer. Even though they’re from LA, they flew out to the Bay Area for their engagement session, and we had the best time showing them around and capturing moments at the stunning San Francisco City Hall and later at Baker Beach. The elegance of City Hall made their photos even more magical, and spending the day with them, laughing, exploring, and celebrating their love, felt so special. We’re thrilled to have helped create memories they’ll treasure forever. We can’t wait to see Jennifer and Charles again in November for their wedding back in LA. It’s going to be an amazing celebration. ♥️
One of our favorite weddings from last year! We loved how kind and welcoming everyone was. From the beautiful ceremony rituals to all the amazing performances during the reception, every moment was so special. The party was full of energy and everyone was on the dance floor all night. You can really see how much Nikki and Nikhil care about making sure everyone has the best time celebrating with them. It was truly a day full of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
