See What We’ve Done - @mreazi & @iamkingpromise (Album Cover Photography & Album assets Creative Direction)
The first time either of these two told me anything about this album was 2 years ago! To be trusted with the album of these two legends isn’t something I take for granted.
Even though the title “SEE WHAT WE’VE DONE” is direct and challenging, they both wanted the cover to feel ‘fun, smooth & lighthearted’. So we decided to lean on subtle cues and juxtaposition instead of heavy cues to tell the story of the creative.
We went with something that looks familiar at first, before you slowly realise it’s constructed. The hills are too smooth, the sky too clean … everything feels natural but curated. That’s what ’See What We’ve Done’ from these two guys seems to me. It always looks effortless but how intentional they are about their craft lets you know it’s purposeful.
For the text, @onyeomaobiomaa and I went with text that looks broken & exploding (inspired by the sawdust on the floor). We opted for this so it feels like something has been ‘done’, as opposed to just being a random part of the scene.
I also wanted to explore stillness vs motion. Everything is calm except the text breaking apart & springing from the floor (courtesy of Niki!). It’s tactile & feels like the action already happened. They’re just sitting in what’s left of it.
For image selection, this was added to the bunch because of the juxtaposition. KP is standing, solid. Eazi is sitting, relaxed. This fits what I know about their personalities and about how their friendship interacts with each other.
This way we show their contrast without forcing it. Much in the same way their styling does a lot of the heavy lifting here.
For the art direction, @jjavaala & I went simple. A bench just feels like what you’d naturally be on to take in the scenery of your life’s story with a friend in old age. The lamppost is more to signify they’re still lighting a path they’re moving forward on
‘We’ve done something unbelievable. Now we’re sitting inside the result.’
BIG LOVE to @kamalamolnia@nsuo.funkz@g.sarkodee & @onyemaobiomaa

No, this isn’t a porno …
Joking aside, 2025 taught me that the more you learn about a field, the more you realize there’s so much more to learn.
So here’s to 2026 and the acceptance that just like the song says, ‘If there’s one thing I know for sure … It’s that I know nothing.’
This shot through the @guinness goblet into the clouds is one of the most challenging yet fun thing we’ve cooked up in a while
It started off just as ‘dancer in the clouds’ then it evolved into a ‘dancer’ in a cloud tunnel.
Then I had to find a reference for that & further piss @oym_workz off but make @kwameblack very excited.
The actual crafting of the scene is just as a result of masterful work from @oym_workz
The final cherry on top came from @cutncolorpost thinking the clouds was a fiery scene. This ended up giving it the happy mistake of looking like an Oil Painting as opposed to just another casual cloud scene
PS. shout out to @jjavaala for the In Shaa Allah pole he delivered on!
@theophilinemefa made everything come together swimmingly!
@guinness_africa made the mistake of recruiting me to make magic with my brothers. We duly delivered.
@kwesiarthur_ x @iamkingpromise - Real Thing
It comes out tomorrow & I’m a happy boy.
