One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been. Mexico. Never a dull moment. Can’t even begin to explain the floating canal part of the morning except to say that John Lennon has clearly been to Muyil and then immediately wrote Tomorrow Never Knows. Incredible.

Lovely to spend some proper time with my brother from another mother, Jitterbug Jackson - a real-life troubadour, an entertainer living life on the edge, travelling in his van with his beautiful dogs. The Jack Kerouac of the North.
Jitterbug had been parked up on my driveway the last couple of months facilitating workshops which culminated in the participants being featured in the Saint Patrick's Parade of Galway.
We’ve known each other over 30 years. Even if we go years without seeing each other, we somehow pick up where we left off - filling the air with laughter.
Until next time, Jitterbug.

I can’t find words for the loss of a dear friend, Christine. Such a light in so many of our lives, none more so than in her beloved Frankie’s. To all her many friends, her family and to Frankie, i send my love ❤️ Thank you Christine for the dancing, the mischief, the delicious food, the yurts, the waking of the Giants and of course Solstice. All the love ❤️
