Sub-tema ini mengeksplorasi ketangguhan melalui lensa tenaga kerja, mata pencaharian, dan organisasi akar rumput. Fokus ini memicu pertanyaan tentang akses dan kekuatan ekonomi, serta menelaah siapa yang diuntungkan oleh sistem dan mengapa.
Kami mencari proyek yang mengangkat sejarah personal atau keluarga dalam industri tertentu, warisan ekonomi, hingga kemampuan individu untuk mengatasi batasan sistemik demi tumbuh dan berkembang.

This sub-theme explores resilience through the lens of labor, livelihoods, and grassroots organizations. It prompts questions about economic access and power, investigating who the system privileges and why.
We invite projects that encompass personal or family histories embedded in specific industries, stories of economic heritage, and the ability to overcome systemic limits to thrive and grow.

Budaya dipahami sebagai kategori luas yang mencakup cerita personal, sejarah keluarga, hingga eksplorasi mistis atau spiritual. Fokusnya adalah pada narasi dan mitos yang digunakan manusia untuk memahami diri mereka sendiri dan hubungan mereka dengan lingkungannya.

Culture is treated as a broad category encompassing personal stories, family histories, and mythical or spiritual explorations. The focus is on the narratives and myths people use to understand themselves and their relationship to their environment.
In this context, resilience is viewed as persistence—the way cultural legacies and values endure across generations to inform who we are.
