Last year, I ventured into a different aspect of fashion; Costume Designing and boyyyyyy it’s been a wild ride. Most people never believe that I just started costume designing because of how well I handle the pressure, Let me tell you for free, it isn’t easy at alll. After handling major projects as part of a team during the year, I got a call from Producer @oganiru__ to come onboard for the project - “Akanchawa Baddie” as the Lead Costume Designer. This project took everything as we shot it on auto pilot meaning - No Sleep! 😂 I’m super grateful to my team @draymikeal and @temmie_tee for doing this with me. Exceptionally grateful to the cast and crew of this series, everyone poured themselves into this to make it a reality. Immense thanks to @lillyafe and @oganiru__ for the opportunity. This post wouldn’t be complete without all the designers that opened their doors to me. @2407woman___ @hertunba @4ey_fashion and so many more. O G A N I R U for #crazyaboutus24 #loveunitesus24 Curated and Styled by @iamisaacjon for @jioconsulting When Niru reached out regarding Sharon’s wedding, I said to her, we are going to keep it clean and elegant. I wanted a look that wasn’t fussy but would make a statement. We found the perfect @byfegor dress to accentuate Niru’s features and complexion. Choice of hair was between old Hollywood or a sleek ponytail. We decided to go with the ponytail and Adam’s styling did a great job. @zitabeautie did what needed to be done on the face, no words, thank you for delivering. For Jewelry and accessories, the choice was to go for something not expected and it eventually worked out well. Thank you @oganiru__ for being the most pleasant person to work with. I will do this over and over again.
