Our futsal season is well underway, with the team already competing in two competitions so far this term. 🤝 In the Australian Futsal Association – Brisbane Metro competition, the team delivered a strong performance in the group stage, finishing undefeated with three wins and one draw on day one. That result has secured their place in the quarter finals on 25 March and also qualifies them for the State Championships later in the year. We’ve also been competing in the Queensland School Futsal League, where the boys currently sit top of the Southern Conference after winning all six of their games. With one more gala day to go, they’re in a strong position to qualify for finals day later in the year, where they would come up against the top two teams from each of the other three conferences. More than the results, it’s been great to see the way the boys are showing up for each other. The growth in confidence, teamwork and ownership on the court has been fantastic to watch. A big thank you to our 2026 futsal sponsors, @jicprojects and @burlingbrown for backing the boys this season. Support like this helps create opportunities for our young men to step up, represent MOB and be part of something bigger than themselves. We’re proud of the way our boys are representing the MOB community, and we’re excited to see where the rest of the season takes them. 🖤
