Hey surprise!
I'm releasing a song that's not connected to any band I'm in. This is a breakbeat track that grew out of a project I started in music school.
The amazing @thomasallainmusic provided the vocals and did such a great job I think I owe it to him to release it for that reason alone.
I'll be putting it out under the name Knifewrench, which I will use for any other solo electronic music I release.

This red blob guy was super nice but they have no arms or legs so they decided to switch to a different instrument.
Everything else @danikappa and I have had so far in Reykjavik has been 10/10 crazy delicious including every other traditional dish at Cafe Loki, but yeah, fermented shark is not for me. Danica ate it too! And will be posting her own video for proof.
Pretty cool that by taking something poisonous and letting it half rot it was transformed into something technically edible though. Better to have this stuff than starving to death during the Icelandic winter here hundreds of years ago.

I wasn't going to post about my wedding until I had all the photos back, but I'm almost two months into being married and I wanted to just share this one picture in the meantime. Hey here's my face!
I forget to post on here because I'm bad at social media, but I am genuinely excited about some very cool developments with the various bands and projects I'm in. Cool new stuff coming on all fronts and it would mean so much to me if you check them out and let me know your thoughts.
Also met and worked with a lot of very cool new people recently and I'm horrible about posting that on here, and I'm sorry. Means so much to me to be sounded by talented friends and colleagues old and new, as well as a loving and supportive partner and amazing family. When I get a little exhausted on the grind it's good to remember that I am unbelievably lucky and privileged to be here.
