• 2026 is off to a good start! Fell in love, started a fun new gig on a podcast, lost 16lbs since Thanksgiving, family and friends are thriving, reading and writing a lot. Life is good!
• @thefestivalchiropractor changed my life. Learning to look inward to heal is a lesson I will carry with me forever. David and I both knew we had something awesome during this interview.
