Master’s in Entertainment Law
This was one hell of a challenge. I stepped into this program two years ago with little to no legal experience and immediately felt out of place in the classroom. Like I was learning a new language. Going to work everyday an hour early so I could leave in time to barely make 6pm class downtown. Endless late nights spent studying, re-reading the same sentences until they made sense. Hating sundays. Cramming Quimbee and Quizlet before class. Praying I wouldn’t get cold called. Getting cold called and blanking. Making 36 page cheat sheets. Not having time for basic life things like grocery shopping and laundry. What a journey it was and proud to say I finished top of my program with a 4.33 GPA.
Big thank you to my amazing family for the support and Uncle Guy for teaching me to never get too comfortable.
