Very excited to share “From the Ashes”, the final version of my final piece at @pnwfs_sfi ! Inspired by the boss music of Hollow Knight and other game soundtracks, I think it features my love of minor keys and interlocking rhythms. Maybe some John Williams in there too – what do you think? 😏
I was blown away by these musicians, many of whom play in the Seattle Symphony, reading down 14 cinematic pieces in a day of recording at Bastyr Chapel. Many thanks to them, and to my classmates and teachers for all their help this past year. And thanks to Andrew Ching from @studioxseattle for putting together the edited video!
It’s a full-on night of nostalgia & swing dance with our 1st (annual?) Prom Night party. We’ll be swingin’ to The Weather Birds and swaying to pop hits during the band break. Desert Angels had a great showing at #SIX2025, the indie game showcase put on by @seattleindies ! To celebrate, here's an inside look at "Dance of the Stars", a music track that plays later in the game in a moment of reminiscing. Like a lot of the soundtrack, I recorded in woodwind melodies to go alongside synths and piano/harp.
Desert Angels is fully released on Steam, along with some of the other featured indie games!

Here's another theme I wrote for Off Course as part of the Coreblazer game jam! Nimbo is a zany comet who's wandering outer space, making Gaia (the main character) question why she too is wandering. So the music is playful with a touch of deeper emotion.
