+1. This past year was not easy. There were wins, lessons, pressure, and quiet battles that not everyone saw. One thing I’ve learned is that real growth is not always loud. Sometimes it happens in silence. In the moments where you’re tired, unsure, and still choose to keep going. This year taught me a lot about life, faith, pressure, and people. It taught me that not every delay is rejection, and not every closed door is a loss. Sometimes God is protecting you. Sometimes He is preparing you. I’m grateful for the wins, but even more grateful for the lessons behind them. For the correction. For the redirection. For the people who stayed real. For the mentors, the solid circle, and the growth that happened beyond what people could see. And above all, thank You G 💯. For life. For grace. For protection. For another year. +1 Another Year Wiser. Hindi ako usually ma-post pag birthday, I always think na normal na days lang simula nung bata ako, pero this time gusto ko lang huminto sandali at mag-reflect. Grabe. Ang dami kong natutunan this year, about business, trading, relationships, and most of all, about myself [like if something really bad happened (sakto pa nung bday ko.)ang saklap pero dapat mas maging kalmado]. I’ve been stretched, humbled, tested, and blessed in ways na hindi ko rin in-expect. Una sa lahat, salamat kay Lord. Walang perfect journey, pero never Niya ako pinabayaan. May mga araw na ubos na ako, pero may dahilan pala lahat. Every “delay” was solid protection. Every “loss” was a redirection. To my Family yung totoong sumusuporta, Masaya akong iilan lang kayo. (hi BEAutiful) Super Thank You at alam niyo na yun. Maraming darating na positive soon. To my solid Circle, Hindi lahat ng tao deserves access sa energy mo, and I’m grateful na yung mga taong nasa paligid ko ngayon, they’re real ones. The ones who call me out. Keep moving, Keep going, Keep learning. I’ve been attending some trainings lately and most of the time I hear about “be coachable or be sponge” and I agree with that 💯 so here are the things I think will help each and everyone who’s serious on progressing Part 1 1. Set Clear Goals: Having a clear objective will help you stay focused , this can be weekly, monthly and Yearly. 2. Stay Curious: Ask questions (especially with your mentor. I often ask our mentor Coach Felix about business strat, decision making etc.) and always seek to understand the ‘why’ behind everything. 3.Be Open-Minded: Be willing to consider new ideas and perspectives. Embrace change and be adaptable. 4. Practice Active Listening: Pay close attention to what others are saying for example youre sitting arround the successful people, again “Having access to people who are intelligent or even smarter than you is a true blessing” so ,Take notes, ask clarifying questions, and engage in discussions. Tag someone who might get interested and answer this “What are your learning goals for this month?” and Comment “Part 2” steps on how to become a sponge for information! #continuouslearning #growthmindset #fail #firstattemptinlearning #keepmoving #keepgoing #keeplearning
