I’ve spent nearly two decades discovering and writing about objects that tell a story, and styling homes and hotels for photoshoots where every object becomes part of the narrative.
That experience has naturally evolved into sourcing art and accessories for interiors that have a thoughtful foundation and are ready for an equally thoughtful finishing touch.
I call it Fin. the final layer for interiors —
curated objects that complete a space while respecting design intent and brand standards, across hospitality and residential projects.
I’ll be in Paris this week for Maison&Objet, sourcing for designers and clients who aren’t attending.
These are some of my favorite finds from last year’s show.
Is your project ready for its final layer? Send me a DM!
But first, a few days in Frankfurt for @heimtextil and their collab with @alcova.milano !

Jesse
Oh, mom.
What is the word for feeling like a part of your insides is actually physically missing?
Gutted, I think.
A world without your laughter, your creativity, your compassion…I cannot comprehend it. I am not ready for it. I am not prepared for it. I didn’t ask for it. It’s simply too soon. You were supposed to reach the ripe old age of 98 just like your mom. Grieving you while you’re still right here in front of us is…well I can’t tell if it’s comforting or agonizing. A bit of both I suppose.
I don’t know how we will get through this without you, but I imagine it will be your sense of humor and strength that guide us.
Please say hello every now and then. Maybe in a poem I come across or a piece of jewelry I see at our favorite art show. A song that comes on the radio or a tree swaying in the wind.
Thank you for everything you’ve done for us. I love you beyond measure and will try to remember gratitude whenever the grief feels too heavy.
“The first time her laughter unfurled its wings in the wind, we knew that the world would never be the same.” —Brian Andreas, Storypeople
*Our mom is losing her second battle with leukemia and is entering into palliative care so they can keep her as comfortable as possible. Cancer sucked when I was a 7-year-old kid, and it turns out it still sucks as a 45-year-old kid.
She spent this lifetime teaching art, English and creative writing, and I’ve yet to meet a student who doesn’t gush about the lasting impression she made on them. I’ve always been incredibly proud to know what they’re talking about firsthand. She is one-of-a-kind.
Ps, I went with a Rod Stewart song because, you know. The hair.

Waking up to a beautiful Errez Design feature in Modern Luxury Interiors feels pretty sweet… but pairing it with a Salty Donut and a strong coffee might just make it perfect.
Grateful to see our work celebrated in print and even more grateful for the clients who trust us to bring their stories to life through design.
This is why we do what we do.

This is one of my favorite stories I’ve ever heard and told! @portroyaljewelers and its owner / designer / imagineer William Boyajian are nothing short of fascinating. Stop in if you’re ever on Fifth Avenue in Naples and be sure to look in every case. 🐍💎 Full story (and more jewelry pieces) at the link in my bio. @gulfshorelife@tessmwoods
We are so honored to be featured in Modern Luxury Interiors magazine.
This beautiful story by Jessie Bratter, paired with the photography of Dan Cutrona, truly captured the storytelling we intended for this residence. Every layer, every color, every bold decision was rooted in something personal.
It’s proof that authenticity wins. That living in color pays off. That when you design from the heart, the result resonates far beyond the walls of a home.
Grateful for the collaboration. Grateful for our fearless clients. Grateful that bold choices always tell the best stories.

Trying to appear calm, cool and collected but this home I styled with @kathleenbossdesign@nativehousephotography and @robin.perry.dana is on @ruemagazine , so it’s tough.
The 1938 home and the way Kathleen lovingly restored it—keeping the original tongue-and-groove wood paneling and more while breathing new life into it—is so special. I loved every minute of being in it and working with this team. Congrats @kathleenbossdesign 🌷

Loved writing about this hotel-branded residence for @gulfshorelife , designed by @eisendesignhouse for a musical homeowner with an appreciation for art and all things vintage. Full story at the link in my bio.
@reshare_app • @gulfshorelife Hotel-branded residences arrive in Southwest Florida—from The Ritz-Carlton and Rosewood to Four Seasons. In a Gulf-front Marriott tower, @eisendesignhouse shows how a condo within a branded address can still feel entirely personal.
More in our HOME 2026 feature. Link in bio.
