What a week in Shepparton 🇦🇺
If I’m honest. I’m kind of speechless, winning an Elite National title isn’t just a win. To me this feels like I’ve joined history. It was a surreal moment looking through the trophy and seeing all of the names on it that won the Nationals in the past. For me to be able to say my name will be on that trophy now is something so special.
I’m coming home after going back to back and winning the Elite & Superclass National titles. It is really rewarding seeing all of the hard work pay off over the last few months. I’m still determined and motivated as there are more goals that continue to keep me eager to show up and keep working.
Shoutout to everyone who helped me get to the position I am today. From all the people at @qldacademysport - @messer_method@becdisher@laurenwann@maddens86 this wouldn’t be pose without you guys.
Massive shoutout to @madill17 & @tobyedwards_phd for everything you guys do day in and day out.
Shoutout to my sponsors, I am very lucky to be supported by the people who support me. I appreciate my support network being there no matter the result. @tsquared_bikeco@timebmx@bmxinternational@radiobmxrace@flyracing.bike
Shoutout to my family as well, they are the reason I push as hard as I do. Without their support I wouldn’t be able to achieve the things I have achieved. Can’t even put into words how supportive my family is ❤️
Oceania Champ! 🏆
What a weekend! Coming into this event, I really felt like I had a chip on my shoulder. At the last few races, I haven’t been able to show my true speed or compete the way I’ve wanted to. Leading into this race, I had an awesome prep and felt the best I’ve felt mentally and physically. I was ready to go out there and show what I’ve been working so hard for.
It was unreal to finish the weekend without dropping a lap and to take out both days, going back to back. I think one of the biggest wins for me was how I backed myself. It can be hard to have confidence in your gate when you’ve struggled for so long, but this weekend I had faith that if I executed, I could be a threat down the hill and on the first straight not just on the track.
This race is definitely the biggest achievement of my career so far.
Thank you to Luke, Toby, Dan, Bec, Sabrina, Sam, Lauren and @qldacademysport for the support you’ve given me. It means the world. Thanks as well to my family, friends and everyone at the track who supports me. Your support doesn’t go unnoticed. Huge thank you to all my sponsors as well for supporting the dream. Shoutout @tsquared_bikeco for everything you do for me and supporting me to compete at the highest level. Love you guys!
Romans 8:11 - And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.

Mum sent me this photo of my first National Titles, the next photo is from the most recent Nationals, 15 years later. Pretty cool to have won my first National Title at 8 years old in Cairns, and now my first Elite National Title at 23.
