A beautiful couple, breathtaking views, and surrounded by all your friends and family, that is all the makings of a perfect wedding! I had a blast spending the day with Trevor and Adelaide, LITERALLY running around Yosemite yesterday (we did run specifically for the sunset shot with a bag full of gear and Adelaide in her wedding dress)!!! On the way back, we had great conversations and Trevor has the most fun facts about Yosemite and every boulder you can climb!
It was the perfect day with the most epic weather and heartfelt moments! There were even ring bears! Itās so special to capture such an epic love story in a place that means so much to me and them, and I loved every minute of it!

Yesterday was the wedding of MY DREAMS! This was a FALL wedding! Katie and Laura did an absolute outstanding job planning every detail of their coffee shop wedding! I laughed, I cried, and I had so much fun capturing the day that I forgot I was even working!
Katie and Laura love each other so much, and this was evident even in their first look when Katie decided to serenade Laura with āYouāre Simply the Bestā! There was not a dry eye from the photo/video team! I am unbelievably happy for these two and I am so honored that they trusted me enough to fly me out to Wisconsin to capture their perfect day! It will forever be one of my favorites!

POV: you get engaged to the love of your life, plan a wedding, lose your venue in a mudslide, then replan your wedding and get married two days before the biggest tropical storm in 100 years! Dino and Mackenzie have really gone through it, but yesterday they tied the knot on an absolutely perfect day! There were vows made, tears shed, and dance floors torn up! It was an honor to capture a love so sweet and uniquely theirs! I canāt wait to share the rest of the gallery with you!!!

What do you do when you have kids who just want to be kids during a photoshoot? You let them run wild! I am a firm believer in prompts over posing! What does this mean? When capturing families, I opt to give guidelines instead of having kids in specific places and poses! We do lots of tickle fights, running, squeeze hugging, aggressive giggling, and always some type of upside down or flying pose!
This often leads to kids having fun and getting authentic smiles, versus the painful smiles. When the kids are over it, grab some photos of mom and dad while they run around!
I am also so so happy for my dear friends who are welcoming their third precious baby into the world! They are the best parents and Iāve been so lucky to be a part of their lives since their engagement! I am SO EXCITED FOR THEM!

The cutest little in home newborn session! Itās very rare that I have a baby that is awake the entire shoot, but this little guy had so much FOMOā¦we still got a ton of fantastic shots, and got to see his cute little eyes the entire session!

Yesterday was so ridiculously fun! Alexis and Russell had the best day with their closest family and friends down by the beach! They were both so giddy about their big day, and when it came time to get married, everything was perfect (except they may have overflowed their sand vase mid ceremony)! It was such an honor to capture their laughter and love! I canāt wait to share all the photos!

I wanted to share a few of my favorites from Caroline and Masonās maternity photoshoot! When I saw that they were pregnant with their double rainbow š baby, I cried so many happy tears (like aggressive sobs)! I couldnāt be more excited for their newest addition! We had so much fun with their studio session!
Itās crazy how many of us experience loss and infertility! Itās currently infertility awareness week, check in on your friends, lift them up in prayer! Youād be surprised how many people struggle in silence. To all my friends still waiting for their miracle, weāre cheering you on and praying for you! For all of my friends going through loss, Iām always here to talk and sit in that with you š¤.

Bryan and Christine have a love like no other! These two planned such an intentional and beautiful wedding day, where every person in attendance got to be involved! Each guest contributed music to the party, the jewelry and outfits were hand picked as heirlooms or meaningful articles they purchased together, and they even had a beautiful anniversary celebration for one of the couples mid reception! I personally shed a good amount of tears through the day!
For better or worse, these two said their vows after we had to evacuate for a bomb scare right before their ceremony, and they cracked jokes about it the rest of the night! Bryan and Christine are two of the most fun loving and sweet people I have ever met! I canāt wait to see the laughter and joy these two bring out in everyone who has the privilege of being in their orbit!
