Nice to meet you 🙂‍↕️ There’s a lot of rubbish on the internet about strength, fitness and nutrition, making it seem like this is all much more complicated and difficult than it is. You and your body deserve better. Whether you’re a total beginner or advanced and want more direction and accountability, I can help you feel and look your best. 🩵 You can train with me online from anywhere in the world, or in-person at @rawfit.studios in Levontin, Tel Aviv. DM me to join the waitlist 🤝 📷 by the one and only @yaheligazit

When I’m sad I write, and when I’m very sad I write in Hebrew. Lately I’ve really regretted not taking learning Arabic seriously, since I seem to have run out of words in the languages I can write in. Leaving my home for the past seven years broke my heart into a million pieces. I said goodbye to my best friends, the kindest, funniest, bravest and most resilient people I know. I said goodbye to a community of activists that I am lucky to be a part of — people who wake up every day and fight relentlessly for justice and freedom for everyone, despite how impossible it all feels. I said goodbye to a place that I care more about than most other things in the world. When I told people I was leaving, a lot of people asked if I’d given up. If I’d stopped believing that there could be a different future for Palestinians and Israelis. I always found this question a little silly and misguided, because who am I to give up? What right do I have to give up? So no, I haven’t given up. I don’t know what my relationship with this place will be from afar but I do know that I’ll always feel a responsibility towards it, and that I’ll carry its pain, beauty and yearning for freedom wherever I go. ❤️

some people look through photos from their vacations when they’re at work but I look at photos from work while I’m away so I guess somewhere along the way I got really lucky or too obsessed with work but either way I miss my job!!!! 😭😭😭

Whether you can’t find time to go to the gym or you spend too long in the gym these workouts are for you 🙂‍↕️ The best kept fitness secret is that if you train hard enough, you can get stronger in much less time spent at the gym than you think - but the catch is that you have to train really fkn hard. Make sure that in most of these exercises you’re only leaving one or two reps in the tank - and push yourself to increase reps/weight from week to week. Superset means that you do one set of each exercise back to back before taking a full break - so between each superset take a 1.5-2 min break to recover. Save these & try them out next time you’re at the gym 😌 Love you! p.s. if you want to get a personalised workout program for you and your goals and want to chat about how remote coaching works, send me a message ❤️

We don’t need to depolarize, we need to re-polarize against the economic and political elite who act against our interests. They want us to blame each other for the chaos and instability that we’re facing across the world — but we can’t let them win. We have to organize our communities around our shared interests, because it’s either we win, or they win.
