✨ What a weekend for the JM Team  Saturday was all about the ICN National Championships, where Jenni and Mandy rocked the stage once again and represented with so much confidence, hard work, and presence ✨ Athletes came from all around Australia, and the atmosphere backstage and on stage was incredible. So much dedication, passion, and support all in one place. Then on Sunday, we got to watch Ursula and Billy shine on the stage at IFBB Australia 🌟 It was Ursula's very first competition. Stepping on stage for the first time takes courage, commitment, and a lot of hard work behind the scenes and you did amazing - gaining a Pro Card . So proud you and everything you brought to the weekend ❤️ Congratulations again, the journey is only just beginning.

Sometimes I train upper 😜 This weekend we decided to mix it up and try some back variation exercises using the cable machine, single arm movements and modifying grip. Number one technique cue was to protract and retract the shoulder blade to recruit more lats and less bicep - working on our V taper 🙌 👉 Watch to the end and save for later for full workout @jes_murphy @trainwithzuzu @jm_fitness_team @keepthatpump
