The pants I designed as a contributor for @everybody.world —Jerico’s Apartment Pants—have officially surpassed 2K pairs sold and counting! Look how good they look on these earth angel customers 🌏 And they’ve just been restocked ♻️ These dream pants are made ethically in LA, from 100% reclaimed cotton waste and are available in both jersey and fleece, in sizes XS—2XL. Colours change with the seasons but are currently slate, fog, denim, and scour. 🕊️ I get a 10% commission on every pair of pants sold, so big thanks to every single person who’s bought them so far. A portion of my next royalties is going to Palestine Children’s Relief Fund so keep it up! Thanks @everybody.world 🌈 Starring: @micahegnater @penelopegazin @coqui__coqui @w3tter @ ayoo.ahmaddd @tessarutter @abirenner @laurachautin @ lisakudrow

Thank you so much for having me! #AllAboutWomen @sydneyoperahouse team <3 So grateful to have had the opportunity to gather 40 strangers together and inquire into our current feeling state, remember/discover our values, and dream up ways we can all actively contribute to building a safe, just, and thriving world with freedom for all. 🕊️ The practice of mindful journalling has been a lifelong creative/expressive resource for me, as well as a tool to help clarify my experience and trouble/renounce social narratives, and I’m thrilled I got to share it in such a surreal setting. Biggest thanks to everyone who attended. Your open heartedness, willingness to “go there”, and kind feedback really moved me. 🤍 I’ll be offering this 75 minute workshop again online in the near future! Join my newsletter to stay updated. You don’t need more ideas. You need a way to trust the ones you already have. And follow them. I post this selection of testimonials as proof; they’re the lived experience of people who were once where you might be right now: circling the same questions, second-guessing their self-expression, sitting on ideas and work they ~knew mattered but couldn’t quite bring into the world. For me, creative coaching is about unhooking from perfectionism and learning to trust (and use) your voice again. It’s about:
~ moving through resistance imperfectly without collapsing or avoiding
~ making decisions that are aligned and sustainable
~ building work, or a body of practice, that enlivens you Over the past six years, I’ve worked with writers, artists, therapists, designers, musicians, authors, and people starting or growing creative businesses—supporting them to clarify their direction, refine their voice, and get out of their own way so they create work that feels both true and sustainable. Along the way, I’ve received multiple awards for this work, but what matters most to me is what you see here: real shifts, in real people. I’ve found ceative blocks are rarely about “discipline”, “productivity”, or any other industrialist construct that serves a profit motive. They’re about shame, vulnerability, and the nervous system. And those things can be worked with, gently and intelligently, together. If you’ve been:
• sitting on an idea you can’t seem to start
• overthinking every next step
• craving another (non burn-out inducing) way forward This is exactly the terrain we work in. My approach embraces experimentation, play, and a kaizen-informed approach to small, incremental change. It’s grounded in years of creative, somatic, and mindfulness training and experience, and informed by my work as an arts therapist (while being a distinct approach with different aims and ways of working. More about this significant distinction on my website). You don’t need to become someone else to do your work. You need support to become more FULLY yourself while you do it. As the first sign on the zodiacal wheel, the archetype of Aries aligns with initiation. It’s concerned with emergence, instinct, courage, and raw, animating life force. As a creative, artist, or seeker, how do you act without abandoning yourself? How do you follow desire, without becoming consumed by it? How do you access healthy anger as information, without letting it overtake your sense of clarity? The Seasonal Threshold guide on my Substack is an invitation to work therapeutically, creatively, and somatically with your inner Aries impulses. Your aliveness, your resistances, and your potential beginnings. And to practice the art of embodied action; movement and choice that is responsive, grounded, and aligned with your deeper sense of self. Themes in this month’s guide. ꩜ Beginning without certainty
꩜ Working with desire as an orientation
꩜ Understanding anger as a boundary
꩜ Reclaiming selfhood after periods of dissolution
꩜ Acting from within, rather than in reaction-to Inside, you’ll find: ꩜ Archetypal + therapeutic reflections on Aries and the equinox
꩜ A three-card collective tarot reading for this season
꩜ Journalling / creative prompts for working with desire, instinct, and action
꩜ Multimodal creative invitations rooted in movement, voice, and initiation
꩜ A curated Aries playlist to support momentum, expression, and movement Link in bio. With care,

The new Seasonal Threshold: Pisces Creative Guide is now live for paid Substack subscribers.

The archetype of Pisces season draws our awareness back into the vastness within (and between) us. If the self is an ocean, this is the deep current beneath the surface: intuition, imagination, dreams, and fantasy. An inner sensibility that resists sharp definitions or logic. This guide explores the therapeutic paradox of the season: How to surrender without vanishing. How to dream without losing touch with your embodiment. How to cultivate compassion without dissolving your boundaries.
Inside this month’s guide you’ll find:
✦ Reflections on deep empathy, surrender, imagination, and inner ecology.
✦ Therapeutic practices for distinguishing connection from enmeshment.
✦ A collective tarot reading from a therapeutic lens (a doozy).
✦ Journalling prompts for working with your creative depths.
✦ Multimodal creative invitations of various kinds (including some of my own results).
✦ A curated Pisces season playlist from me to you.
This season is about turning toward what’s tender and intuiting what’s true with discernment and curiosity.
Paid subscribers receive this guide monthly as the zodiac turns (among other monthly offerings). Free subscribers get regular essays, reflections, and resources. Join via my bio to access the full archive. With care,
 Jerico

What a profound blessing to receive diksha from Sarvadevananda Maharaj. It’s hard to put language to this experience. I feel a deep gratitude, love, and homecoming. My heart is bursting. And only by Her grace do I get the extra guidance and transmission of @nishthefish , a light on this path. To be welcomed formally into this lineage, to be in the presence of spiritual greatness, and to be met with such kindness—I’m still absorbing it all. My initiate name is Jayā. One of Ma Durga’s attendants. A reminder of courage in seeking god realisation and unending devotion as its own victory. May I live out this name everyday with sincerity. May I honour the lineage with steadiness and love. Jai Guru. Jai Thakur. Jai Mā! 🌺🩸💀🌹

The Dreamer crosses the Threshold. My newsletter is changing. I’ve changed. Personally, professionally, spiritually etc. And I’m stepping gently into what’s next. Thresholds is the new name for my Substack (previously The Dreamer), and it’s for artists, creatives, and seekers on the path of becoming. As a part of a greater shift happening in my work life and offerings, Thresholds is dedicated to the generative potential of the emergent and the in-between. I’m undergoing this shift ahead of the opening of my experiential and creative arts therapy practice, @virgil_therapy in 2026.  Thresholds is meant to be a slow, gentle companion. A space for questions, creative explorations, neuro-affirming reflections, personal expressions, layers of nuance, and depth work at the intersection of creativity, psychology, and the spiritual. I’m also introducing a paid tier, for those who are ready to go deeper. As a paid subscriber you’ll receive: 🕯 Monthly archetypal zodiac guides
🕯 Creative prompts + full moon reflective practices
🕯 Invitations to live circles and intimate monthly coworking
🕯 Advice and essays
🕯 I also plan to embrace more of a teaching role in relation to the tarot. If you’ve ever resonated with my books—if The Dreamer offered you something meaningful—I’d love to have you with me in this new phase. This is a slow beginning. It’s a hearth, really. A space in-between to pause and become, together. 𖦹 Read my full post and subscribe to Thresholds via the link in bio.
