Grateful to have participated in the 2026 Monument Lab Summit, "School of Monumaking." It was inspiring to connect with artists and activists reimagining the purpose of public spaces and challenging the traditional narratives we've been told. Looking forward to brainstorming new ideas after seeing powerful examples of what else can be dreamed up for our collective landscapes through art and care. I am looking forward to applying these insights as I continue the On This Site - Native Long Island project. If you have an interest in collaborating on public engagements regarding Long Island Indigenous history over the next few months, please reach out - Performances, protests, readings, and many more possibilities to engage our local history! @monument_lab
