First thing I did this year: family portraits
Being away from my own family is hard, but witnessing moments like these reminds me what really matters. A hug that melts even the coldest days. Over time, my approach has shifted. I’ve stopped chasing perfect compositions and started focusing on the quiet, in-between moments. Because those are the ones that hold everything. In photography. In life.
There’s something meaningful about documenting other families while being away from my own. It keeps me grounded in why I do this work.

Turns out shooting spaces is harder than I thought 😅
So many details to consider. Client work for an Airbnb.

To my forever muse…strong, beautiful, and never afraid to stand her ground.I’m so lucky to walk through another year with you especially through horror houses. Happy birthday, @hnygaletravels
One of the coolest things about being in @downtownkingston is getting to meet amazing people like Krista from @23and_co , the brilliant mind behind the heavenly cookie shop downtown. 🍪
The moment you step in, you’re hit with that warm, buttery aroma (aka pure happiness). The decor? Gorgeous. The cookies? Dangerous…I’m literally eating one as I type this.
Portraits by yours truly.
Snowfall and clouds tried to hide Peyto Lake, but beauty like this doesn’t need a clear day to stand out. #banffnationalpark #banffnationalpark #mybanff #peytolake
Banff really said, “Welcome, here’s some snow!” It was the first flurry of the season for me and Honey, equal parts magical and mildly chaotic. 10/10 would freeze for again. ❄️ #banff #mybanff #lakelouise
When the lake starts mirroring the mountains, you know it’s showing off a little. First day out at Emerald Lake, Yoho National Park and honestly, no photo could ever keep up. #YohoNationalPark #EmeraldLake
