Finally something brand new! I worked on this graduation/congratulations card today and enjoyed every minute of it. Of course I had to include a special bright spot on the moon… 🤍
Since I haven’t been able to draw for a while, I scrolled through my Procreate files and found this card I drew a while back and then debated whether I liked or not and then forgot about. I’m still not sure how I feel about it, but I hate not showing up here on IG when I get busy, so I’m sharing it even though I’m undecided. 😁 Also, it’s almost May so birthdays are on my mind…🎂
Hey friends! I haven’t had a ton of time to draw lately, but I did have a few minutes to make this fun tag for my flight attendant gift bags for all my summer travel! Little known fact about me: I’m a little bit of an aviation with a love/fear relationship with air travel. 😆🤣
I have three big trips coming up and definitely want the flight attendants to know how much we appreciate them.💙☁️
It sure is a lovely day for a @guinness ! ☘️ Fun fact, I’ve done the @homeofguinness storehouse tour 7+ times! When you live in Ireland and people come to visit, it’s one of the must-visit spot in Dublin! I have always loved their vintage adverts with all the zoo animals so I tried to create my own little vintage inspired Guinness poster for today’s #spd1daychallenge2026 !
I cannot wait to see all the fun art created for this year’s mini challenge. Special thanks to my co-host leprechauns, @oliviastrohm and @heyalissandra !☘️💚☘️
✅It’s time for Year 3 of the Saint Patrick’s Day One Day Challenge! Just like before, we have no specific prompts; all you do is create fun, Irish or Paddy’s Day themed artwork and then share it on March 17, adding one of the hosts’ announcements as your second slide.
✅Please remember to also tag the hosts and use the hashtag #spd1daychallenge2026 so we can find your art more easily!
💚I’m so happy to be joined again this year by @oliviastrohm and also delighted to have @heyalissandra joining us on the hosting team!
💚As you probably know, Ireland is my second home and I love all things Irish so this is my favorite, low commitment/big fun challenge of the year! I’m so excited for you to join us!
And as always, just a friendly reminder, it’s PADDY not Patty!☘️
This was a little lettering piece I did when I was working on the last prompt for #frostyandfestive2025 and I didn’t end up using… this Robert Frost poem has long been a favorite of mine, ever since I first learned it from watching The Outsiders (hi Gen X!). I thought I’d give it a spot on my feed since it’s a new year, new leaf and all. If your biggest wish for the new year is the same as mine, I hope it comes true soon!
This is the energy I’m bringing into 2026. It might be a bit of a stretch for Gold + Glitter, but it’s what came to mind when I thought about starting a new year. 🤷♀️
From where I’m sitting, #frostyandfestive2025 has been a massive success! So much beautiful art was created and so much holiday cheer was spread. 🎊 Thank you to each and every one of you who joined or followed along. I wish you a year of good health, good humor, and smashing the patriarchy. 💗
Special thanks to my very special co-hosts; I loved hosting this challenge with these awesome women!
