when I was 14 I visited New York for the first time (actually it was the second time, but it was the first I remember). It was spring. After our first day I knew I wanted to live here. I journaled about it. And talked to my mom, of course. I couldn’t believe that somewhere so magical had existed this whole time, just waiting for me to experience it. When I moved here almost 9 years ago, I knew I was fulfilling a dream. But I have always remained open to the dream changing. To the idea of wanting to experience another version of life. But my goodness… that dream has never changed. The desire to leave has yet to pull at my mind. The love for this beautiful city and all the people in it just surges and grows with every week. ESPECIALLY IN SPRING💖 emotional !!
Entered a new year of life and I just keep thinking about how my two* favorite places in the world are the club and this basilica we went to in Poland. Where would our souls be without prayer and dancing? Balance.
*amc Lincoln square is technically number 1 but given the NEWS I am too emo to discuss her rn
moments of magic around the UK with my dearest squirrels — these memories sustain me when the wandering gets tough and there are no more scones or strolls along the seaside within reach <3
