I BREAK MY OWN HEART IS OUT NOW
The songs primarily explore the theme of literally breaking your own heart through two common situations: giving too much to someone who doesn’t feel the same, often based on an idealized image (deluluuu), and not seeing someone who could truly love you because your attention lies elsewhere. But IBMOH is about more than just pain and disappointment it also celebrates the beauty of love: the hope, strength, and vulnerability that comes with it.
