Speechless… @reis_the_beast has earned this cover and I’m just lucky to share it with him. He’s an atv. Doesn’t matter if it’s big jumps, rails or creative tech features he makes it all look effortless and is still one of the most humble, most approachable humans I know.
I’m a very small part of what made this photo even possible. The @snowboyproductions ( Krush, @sk8tits@louiearrigoni ) and @azsnowbowl crews built arguably one of the most unique features. I can’t imagine it was easy setting those cactus features up and that match perfect with the location. Photographing this at sunset was surreal.
Last and certainly not least the crew at @thesnowboardersjournal as a kid growing up in Mn getting Frequency Mags in the mail I never thought I’d have a photo in that mag let alone a cover and now a second. Thank you so much @colin_wise_man@benkindlon and @alastair.spriggs along with the rest of the team behind the scenes. I love reading the stories you tell through words and images.
I had such an unreal time at SNOWBOY Production’s HOLY BOWLY up at Sunshine Village. This was my 8th invite and I think my favorite one so far. The build was perfect and so damn fun. Such a great week of riding and spending quality time with so many great friends.
Every time I get to hang with Krush and the Snowboy crew building, shaping and snowboarding are some of the best times…. A solid crew with skin in the game, a love for this community and an obsession with building/ riding the most insane featues. Love it.
I’ve been home from #HolyBowly for a week now… I finally had a chance to look through the Snowboy dropbox, post up some stuff and thank those that took the time to point their camera my way.
