I love ballet. I started taking adult ballet @dancersworkshopbr one year ago! It has been so fulfilling, and I’ve learned a lot about myself as an actor and as a creative. If you want to work on your core strength strength, balance and love to get a good workout while listening to classical music, you should come check it out. There are 80 -year-old women in the class - so it’s never too late to get started 🩰 reel by @araynna_ #artlife #adultballet #ballet

My whole goal in creating Love Acting was to build up the acting/filmmaking talent here in Baton Rouge. I was so proud this weekend two of my students had a film that they produced VICE in the @batonrougeunderground As a director, I don’t get to direct Films every single week of my life, but I do get to direct in my acting classes and give actors notes and help them develop characters and I love that process. I love giving actors encouragement on camera and having them try new things. When I do get on set, I feel ready as a director because of all those hours, I’ve spent behind the camera working with actors. As a producer I can’t wait to show off the amazing talent and beauty right here in Louisiana! 🎥🎬Filmed and edited by @araynna_ .

Last night was exactly what BR Film Society is about.
A huge thank you to @jencyghogan for sharing her journey—from acting in Los Angeles to producing her own films and for offering honest, practical insight into directing actors and creating grounded performances.
We’re grateful to everyone who came. And a special thank you to @loveactingbr for hosting us and the two actors @annewesley_acts and @calum24_ for demonstrating how they work a scene. 🎬
I’ve been putting off posting about my sweet friend @melindawalsh because I’m still in shock about her passing!! She was such a great friend/colleague to me over the years. She helped me process through so many tears, the loss of Hart, and so many other things. Because of her career in voiceover work, she was a voice coach for myself and my acting school. I would call her in regularly to help me with my own auditions, wanting to give a certain character some kind of flavor that I didn’t really know how to do. She had such a soft beautiful, loving voice. I really wanted to learn how to be kind with my voice like her. Melinda was such a resource for so many actors and people. She did not have children of her own, but she spent a lot of time mothering different family members , women, people. She was teaching me a lot about mothering in an untraditional way. Really it’s hard to explain such a bright, shining woman. It feels trite to somehow try to thank someone for a living such a beautiful life on Instagram. This song I found really does say it, she lifted up other girls and was able to celebrate with people when they had victories and be with them when they were down. Love you, Melinda, you are a star ⭐️ in my book. We will carry on the work you were doing;) ❤️
Madeline’s Oil our first short film was a gift in 2013 and we have never looked back. I did not know how exciting, fulfilling making our own film could be. 🎬Aaron and I had so many friends support us by donating their land and horses, raising money for us and working their hearts out for the love of the art. Especially our parents, they are always there. I had fun pulling screenshots from the film today. We hired an amazing Cinematographer named.
@valentinacinematographer ! What was hilarious was that honestly, I did not even know what a Gaffer was and she showed up and said where’s my team and I said “Oh Noo! what do you mean? “ I was so green and I had no idea what I was doing. But I think that’s when we take our biggest risks in life when we are fearless because we are clueless. You can watch this sweet little film on Hogan Productions YouTube channel Link in bio.
