How special it was to plan Rachel & Ali”s wedding at the War Memorial. The day was full of special moments, love, laughter, friendship and just having a good time. My favorite type of wedding!! Design inspiration, feels like a fresh but elegant garden in the Summer, with a color palette of crisp whites with sage green, delicate pinks and gold to add a little glamour. We added a few retro design choices, with the cake design and linens for the cake table. The bar, a full round 20ft bar with a stunning floral centerpiece and monograms on both sides. With lounge seating behind, creating a fun area to hangout with friends and cocktails. I am still thinking about Rachal & Ali’s wedding on Friday at the War Memorial. It was the perfect day, all week the weather has been on the cold side but Friday the sun came out and no rain! I have been planning their wedding for just over a year and have enjoyed every minute. We have built a great working relationship and they trusted my knowledge and experience, love this always. Rachel’s design inspiration, leaning into the garden feel with white, Sage green and a delicate pink to keep it fresh. We also pulled in vintage retro, with the cake and cake table linens and the beautiful menu card with die cut, letterpress and of course the tassels alll created with @invitationsbycaitlin . We added tassels to the escort card display, custom built by @modernlyevents Obsessed with the large white round bar, over 20ft in diameter and the guests loved it. We added the monogram and a huge floral arrangement to complete the design.
