A little late but I thought I should share a few bts pics of Liams Hellraiser costume. The pins were made from plastic qtips, melted on a hot pan to create the flat nail head, then stuck into the bald cap with a little liquid latex. I bought a men's leather jacket from value village for $7 and cut it up to make all his leather bits. And i also got a long black womens skirt for $6 that became his gown. Luckily this was one of the cheaper costumes as I already had most of the stuff I needed, and I had ZERO time so it didn't take long at all. Check out my older post to see the result. 🥰

I only started Liams costume this past weekend because I've been super busy! Since it was so last minute I thought this was going to be easier to make than past costumes, but it was slightly tricker than I had imagined lol. Anyways, here he is... my cute little Pinhead(Hellraiser), and my sassy Rumi (Kpop Demon Hunters) I promised him I'd start planning earlier next year lol. Happy Halloween everyone!🥰🎃💀🔪 #Halloween2025

In between looking for work on a daily basis (yes, still on the hunt) I got anxious to create something again so I challenged myself to make a stop mo puppet of...well...me!
I am NOT a great seamstress (especially with tiny clothes) so the clothes didn't turn out perfect but overall I'm happy with her. I definitely learned A LOT with this challenge. Hoping to make some replacement mouths soon and to animate her as well.

Rough sketch of my idea for a jungle disco party for an African grey parrot, and the end result. Thanks to @bratton_scenery for the base of the jungle gym. I coated the whole thing in a mod podge paste of sorts with my fingers, to give the smooth wood some tree texture, then painted it and added accessories.

Don't ask me if the animals actually did what they were supposed to do🤣 but these were fun to make either way☺️
One of the weirdest things I had to make (but still pretty awesome) was this piRATe ship. 3 rats had to play around in this thing (but ultimately ended up just snuggling and taking a nap together lol. Working with animals, gotta love it. (Shout out to @bratton_scenery for helping me with the base of the ship)
Going back to season one of 'Bestest Day Ever with my best friend'. Had to make a "beach day" for an iguana. Here is the initial rough idea sketch and then the end results. I think he liked it? Lol Fun times!😆
