Jeff is a powerhouse voice actor known for bringing some of gaming’s most intense characters to life. He's a Resident Evil icon, voicing CHRIS REDFIELD in Resident Evil Village, as well as CARLOS OLIVEIRA in Resident Evil 3.
His work captures the grit and emotion that define the survival horror genre, but Jeff's long resume doesn't end there.
Beyond Resident Evil, Jeff has lent his voice to major gaming roles like Javier Garcia in Telltale's the Walking Dead, Captain America in Marvel's Avengers, Danny Burke in Mafia III, plus numerous roles in Call of Duty titles such as WWII, Advanced Warfare, Black Ops 4, Black Ops Cold War, and Black Ops 6, among many others.

He stepped into survival horror as Carlos Oliveira in Resident Evil 3, delivering confidence and resilience in the face of chaos, and later portrayed Chris Redfield in Resident Evil: Village, giving the legendary character a darker, more layered intensity. I’ve struggled these last few days to the find words to talk about my friend…a man who was so beautiful with them. I still haven’t found them. I doubt I’ll come close. But I know…he was fearless, and he wouldn’t have worried about whether they were perfect. He would only care that they had heart and spoke truth.
What a privilege. To know you. To share memories with you. To have you in my life. To watch our daughters together. To share an unexpected bond.
What an honor. To be heard by you. And to hear you.
What a gift. To know your kindness. Your love. Your wisdom.
What a lesson. To watch how you so gracefully held a responsibility you didn’t ask for, but accepted with gratitude and humility.
What a blessing. To call you my friend.
I’ll miss our talks. Sharing fatherhood, fears…hopes. To struggle with it all…and to do it with a friend. I know you know.
Mostly…thank you my brother. For so so much.
It’s hard to smile today my friend…but I’ll find it. I know…unapologetically happy and blessed.
