Took a break from the chaos today. All I needed was some sunshine, a cool breeze, and a fish-shaped kite. ☀️🪁 The wind was erratic—never quite consistent enough to keep the kite aloft for more than about five minutes per flight. But the joy that filled me for those five minutes was exhilarating!! Now all I can think about how to plan a Brooklyn Kite Day 😅

🎶 Hot off the press / Strictly a mess / Nevertheless... / What we need is a drink. 🎶
The world has changed so much in the last few weeks and months, and it’s strange looking back at photos from when I was in London last year. However, it was this very same night, one year ago to the day, that I met my love, @emmhardt , following the evening performance of Follies at the National Theatre. It’s been an unpredictable year to say the least, but I’m all the more grateful for every day since with Emma by my side. 🎶 We're in this thing together / Aren'tcha glad! / Each day from now will be / The best day you ever had. 🎶
Twenty feet beneath the Guildhall Square sits the ruins of a Roman amphitheatre from the 2nd century A.D. The outline of the ampitheatre's original foundation is marked by a circle of grey stone set into the tiling of the main square.
