On this rainy weekend I've been working on some ideas with my robots (20 of them, all virtual) and my trumpet. Here is a run-through on what happened to be 4/20. Just an FYI, the sync looks weird during the plunger bits as it is a reverse loop/process playing (my jk.reverser) so it needs to sample, and then playback...being delayed the amount of time for the sample...so what I heard was delayed in the headphones as well. You can see the sync look normal later. Tools used: all my KaiGen Max/Max for live devices (M, R, I-Ching), the KaiserLooper, and more. All freely available at /

Friday, Seth Davis @hermitwizard and I (Duo Cataclysma) will be playing at CalArts. We will be hanging out there Thursday-Saturday for their AWESOME EXPERIMENTS IN ELECTRONIC SOUND FESTIVAL, We are scheduled for Friday at 8pm.
Wednesday, I’ll be doing a solo show at Pasadena City College (thanks to Louis Lopez), this is at 5pm at PCC’s Westerbeck Recital Hall.
Both shows are FREE and OPEN to the public.
