Double saree drape â¨
This look began with a questionâwhat if one saree wasnât enough?
I paired a piece from
@thekanakavalliedit with a treasured saree from my motherâs wardrobe, reimagining one as a sculpted skirt and the other as a fluid drape. The contrast created a silhouette that feels both rooted and radically modern.
Collaborating with
@jeevithashridar made this vision come aliveâthe drape fell with an effortless precision that elevated the entire composition.
Pearl-accented jewellery was a deliberate choice to temper the richness of gold, while the statement hair accessory pushed the look into a space of unapologetic Indian maximalism.
This is tradition, redefined. This is nostalgia, restructured. This is the sareeâmultiplied.
