Long weekend in Spain. Slowly making improvements which I’m happy with. Still not happy with the results but it will come. Thank you to the team with their support over the weekend especially on Sunday nursing the bike to the finish after de railing my chain and causing a lot of damage to my wheel. 👊🏽
Mega day at the @welshsprintchampionship . Managed to climb back to P2 overall after a steady start. Massive thanks to the team grafting all day and David getting the bike setup ready for the race. Onto Spain 🔥 @qualityenduromedia 🎥

After years of working together we are excited to welcome Jed Etchells to the team.
Jed:
“I’m really excited for this new challenge. I’ve made the decision to join Tom with the MotoFit program, which marks a new chapter in my career. It’s something I’ve always been interested in and building a new British race team and bringing junior talent onto the world stage. I’m especially happy to be back riding a Sherco. I started my enduro journey on a Sherco eight years ago, so coming back to the brand now feels like things have come full circle. It’s exciting to reconnect with a bike that played such an important role at the start of my career. This is a big change for me, but it feels like the right one at the right time. I’m motivated by the challenge ahead and excited to see where this new direction can lead.”
Tom:
“I’m incredibly proud to have Jed joining Motofit Racing. Our relationship over the years has been well documented, and his Junior World Championship and British Enduro Championship titles remain some of my proudest moments as a coach.
The last two seasons have been hugely frustrating for him—injuries, results, and a few things behind the scenes—but I know he still has unfinished business. In the right environment, on a bike he’s wanted to ride for a long time, and with age still firmly on his side, I believe he can achieve everything he wants in the EnduroGP class.
His role within the team goes far beyond just being a rider. He’ll be a mentor to our junior riders and a coach to our clients, helping him develop skills and qualifications that will serve him long after his racing days are over.
This is a huge challenge for both of us, but one we’re genuinely excited about.

New Year… New Challenge
I’m excited to be joining the @motofit19 Coaching Team, helping riders improve both on and off the bike.
This new challenge sits alongside my racing and feels like a natural progression after working with Tom for the past 5 years. I’m looking forward to passing on my experience and helping riders achieve their goals.

6 unforgettable years with Fantic.
From 2020, when the Fantic project first began, I was given an opportunity that changed everything for me.
Marco Darpa, who first invited me to be part of the project and trusted me from the very beginning. In my first year, we came incredibly close to winning the Youth World Championship — a moment I’ll never forget. Those first three years felt like home. Marco, Roberto, Diego, and Luca — you were more than a team, you were family, and I’ll always be grateful for the foundation you gave me.
Moving to Jolly Enduro Team was a massive step forward in my career. The professionalism, structure, and belief within the team pushed me to a new level and helped me become a much stronger rider. Winning the Junior World Championship was a dream come true, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work and support of Franco, Matthew, and Luca. An incredible team that played a huge role in one of the biggest achievements of my career.
After that came the jump into the Senior class with E50 — a completely new challenge and a big step up. Unfortunately, the last two years haven’t been the smoothest, with injuries and setbacks making it difficult to find momentum. But through it all, Simone and Elena never stopped believing in me. Their support, patience, and encouragement meant more than they know, especially during the toughest moments.
Thank you to every team, every person, and everyone behind the scenes who has supported me along the way. And a special thank you to Fantic for being such a huge part of my journey. These six years have been a huge part of my life and career.

8 years later… back behind the start gate @motulacubritishmx . Absolutely loved it! Thanks to everyone for their support over the whole weekend. It was definitely challenging having a lot of arm pump at the start of the days and riding a bike that wasn’t mine, but I’m happy I got some good results and had a lot of fun.
