Around 2 years ago, I hired real ballerinas…….I saw myself being ignited by the idea of someone so strong… who could glide and float with that strength. Who made strength look gentle. I’ve held onto this footage since then…….
a ballerina represented my idea of what a woman is, of what my work represented.
I wanted the fake outrage to die down…. Ive always had a deep love for…the preparation, the athleticism, and beauty thereof.
