After talking to the Cebu based NGO last week, they informed me that their relief efforts aren't as active now as they were months ago so they suggested I direct my donations elsewhere to more active organizations doing constant work to help people in need in our country.
This goes the same with my contacts and friends who did awesome relief efforts for the ones affected in El Nido and parts of northern Palawan. They have since then stopped efforts for now since they managed to raise millions in donations and channel those to building materials for houses as well as food and clothing donations too. They also suggested i direct my donations to organizations that could use it and do more good as well.
Hence, my decision to donate ₽7,500 each (₽15,000) to these 2 organizations operated by UNICEF and the UN here in the country would be my best choices for this gift that you all helped me attain through all your orders and kind hearts!🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
The other ₽15,000 will be going to funds for Negros Occidental victims from the typhoons and earthquakes through personal channels that I am just waiting to get word from on when I can send the funds their way so it can be deployed accordingly. So thank you very much once again to all of you for the help, the bayanihan efforts, and to all your kind hearts and souls for allowing me to do a good deed for those in need. 🙏🏼🇵🇭
Even if this isn't in the millions, I know this small amount will go a long way to add up to their causes for helping our fellow Filipinos displaced and distraught from recent events. 💙💙💙💙💙
