HYROX Olympia Pro Doubles 1:10:55
Hands down my favourite event to date. Everything just clicked, prep was strong and felt good from start to finish. Second go at Pro Doubles and this format is easily more enjoyable than racing solo. ๐ค๐ป
Loved the training block and racing with @tomnorcross_ Huge shift from the boy in his first Pro race and really happy with the result ๐ค๐ป
Being told a few years ago that competing at these sorts of events would be my reality would have been met with a laugh.
Great outcome on the day and a perfect way to wrap up this chapter. Thatโs 12 races done and the final one for the time being as itโs time to try something different ๐
Happy with that!

First solo race of the season ticked off โ๏ธ
Not every race goes to plan, and this one was no exception.
โจBy far the toughest to date, but we move.
Quick adjustments have already been made and the REBUILD is well underway, with everything in place to come back stronger for the next solo event in December.๐งฑ
Just the beginning big progress to be made, one step at a time. ๐ช
โจEvery race is a lesson, and this one taught me plenty.

WE GO AGAIN!!!

When Manish joined JCPT, his intentions were clear. He wanted to raise his overall fitness and challenge himself with something that would push his limits ๐ซก
He had been taking part in small group PT classes for a while but wanted something more specific and tailored to his specific goals.
Just a few weeks into training, he achieved a major milestone by recently completing a half
marathon ๐คฉ
This was a huge accomplishment and shows the consistency and effort he brings to every session.
Since then, we have focused on building strength, improving movement quality, and preparing him for the physical demands of his next challenge, his first HYROX doubles event later this year ๐งฑ๐๐ป
Every week, the progress is clear not only in his performance but also in his confidence and mindset ๐ง
We are still early in the journey but the foundations have been set.

ONE FOR THE BOOKS ๐๐
Week 12/12 - Resilient Runner Program | @rebournehealthfitness
Twelve weeks of consistent training, and the results speak for themselves.
What a way to start off the final week on the program, hitting a 1RM 100kg bench press!
Something I would have never thought was possible at the start of the block.
The first attempt didnโt go to plan, overthought it and failed miserably. โ
Dropping the weight back down to 95kg to reset, then came back and hit the 100kg on my second attempt. ๐ช๐ป
Setbacks donโt define the outcome. Sometimes, you just need to refocus, adapt, and go again!
This is a significant milestone in my overall strength development, and Iโm looking forward to building on it in the next phase. ๐งฑ๐งฑ๐งฑ
โItโs not just about finishing the race - itโs about showing others whatโs possible when you keep moving forward. One step at a time, stronger every time.โ
Time to take a break, work on the takeaways and come back stronger for a solo event in October ๐๐ช๐ป
