After over 12 years with the company, I have finally decided to leave, and get ready to move on to the next chapter in my culinary career. It wasn’t an easy decision, but it was time. It’s time to throw myself into the unknown, put myself into an uncomfortable situation to learn and grow not only in my career but also as a person. To everyone I crossed paths with and got to work with through my time at Browns, It was great to meet you, get to know you, and work with you. You all came from different walks of life, and I got to learn something from each of you.
I am nervous, and excited about what the future holds. I’m going to embrace what comes to me and enjoy it.
Thank you again to everyone I worked with, and the friendships I made during my time there.
