First full season at Castle Combe hot hatch with @wcuc_motoeng complete. Huge thanks to @tactical_123 and all the team for their hard work, repairing and setting up the car.
Shame the final race ended with a DNF despite crossing the line ahead of the leaders and when shown the checkered flag. Apparently TSL, onboard video and photo evidence is not enough??

Fun race video making up places I lost at the start. Chasing down the Peugeot when the CV boot split and covered the brakes in grease. Massive rear lock up and code brown moment. @wcuc_motoeng repaired it and changed the steering rack for race 2.

Amazing racing from both Sam and James again! Especially with James picking up his first podium in race 2 which is an incredible achievement 👏 Sam got his customary 2 P1's in class but is still sticking it to the cars with a fair amount more power than the 1.4 EF Civic!
Onto the finals race weekend in October for both of them now 😌

Goal achieved. First overall podium in @castlecomberacingclub hot hatch championship. P3 overall and P2 in class! 🏆
It may have required some DNFs in front, but we’ll take it. Huge thanks to @wcuc_motoeng and @tactical_123 for building and repairing the EP3 in time for race 2. Replaced steering rack, pads, bled the brakes and aligned the car in record time. Also a shout out to Andy at @m4tyres for switching my knackered tyres round. Time for fresh rubber for next race.

Great day racing at @castlecomberacingclub Nankang Hot Hatch Championship.
Racing in a heatwave was an experience, but the @wcuc_motoeng Honda Civic ran faultlessly.
Race 1 P9 to P6. Race 2 P6 to P6. A lonely but fun race lapping a full second off the pace.

First drive of the @wcuc_motoeng Honda Civic EP3. No practice, so basically a shake down session. Qualified on rain tyres on a dry track, so right at the back.
Race 1 was a lot of fun learning how the civic drives. Went from P14 to P5 overall, so very happy with that performance. I almost forgot it was meant to be a shake down. The car felt mega, lots of potential from a completely stock K20.
Race 2 was a disaster. Gambled on a Dry setup and it immediately started raining. Several high speed slides and zero visibility with a fogged up window, I called it a day DNF
