Life Update: Part 1
As most of you know, I recently got married and moved to Murrieta!
I am so excited to be apart of this community and bring JCD Pilates with me. My space has grown in size and both of my reformers now have a home.
JCD Pilates offers private and semi private pilates sessions. These sessions are designed to bring strength, length, and flexibility to your body. JCD Pilates provides an intimate setting with a completely customized workout designed for your bodies needs.
Pilates has become so much more than just a form of fitness or a career for me — it’s a true source of passion and purpose. I can’t wait to share it with you!
