Hollywood, Florida today. It’s crazy to me that we’ve already played shows in Florida, driven the entire length of the country to Seattle and now we’re back. Can’t remember when we would’ve passed the 10,000 mile mark but this tour has put us to the test. Getting to watch and know the full @bush and @mammothwvh crews has been a real blessing, our biggest North American shows to date have not disappointed! Today is the day! ‘Face in the Mirror’ our second full length album is out in the world! This album came together between sessions in Seattle and back home in the garage where the band was born. It’s a real step forward for us musically and these songs mean so much to me. Writing an album is never easy but the journey has been one of my favourite experiences to date. The riffs, the melodies and the rhythms are some of the best I’ve ever written. I’m so glad to have @jamesjosephxvx my talented partner in rock by my side throughout this, without you we wouldn’t be here now! I love you mate, I’m proud of us! An addition to the line up over the past year @gabyelise has continued to smash it and has become our 3rd partner in rock. ICYMI ‘Above the Lake’ is out now! This song came halfway through the record during a bit of a creative slump and I was immediately brought back to the days where I’d go on late night walks around the lake near the garage to just get away from the noise and clear my head. Writing these lyrics was like therapy for those moments when I started to doubt myself and if you can relate to that, I hope this song does the same for you x

5 weeks in America to start the year off! Over 5200 miles driven through 16 states, I’ve met so many new fans and people along the way, what a blast! Back home in Wales with @shannonrosealie and little Charlie and on the jet lag naps! Gearing up for the UK album release tour but in the meantime we’re playing a show with Jason Momoa in London to keep us warm. Big love to my band mates @jamesjosephxvx and @gabyelise we killed it, so proud of you guys! Huge thanks to @beaux_breaux for keeping us sane and going above and beyond and to mystic @mylesulrich for showing us the way of whole foods and killing it every night after the one practice we had before tour.
