Had a little run in the middle games shooting 240-300-260 but just couldn’t keep that flowing for the final games to make a push up the leaderboard.
However to still get to the 5th seed of the world championship for the tv show is a great place to be considering after day 1 I was in 95th place.
The tv show is in June, in Detroit, so I’ll have plenty of time to think about how I can run the ladder and win!
Now it’s time for a couple days rest before the chameleon championship show!

Between some weird pairs and reading them below average and mixing it with so many below average deliveries, my score reflected the morning.
However. There is still 8 games left and if anyone can make a run, it’s me!
I got this.
Held pace with the boys on top and maintained my lead from the lads behind me. The goal was to make the top 16 that round and stay close to the leaders and that goal was achieved.
Had to quickly change game plans with equipment early but was able to put together some really great bowling mixed with some fortunate breaks to hold it altogether.
16 games to go. Time to push hard!
Little climb from 8th to 4th.
Finished on a horrible pair but saved it with a 200 game.
This bowling centre has more land mine pairs than any other place I’ve ever been too. So dodging those pairs is critical.
Fingers crossed we dodge them all tonight.
Terribly unfortunate last two games to miss the show.
The good news is execution wise I did what I wanted, the bad news, the last two pairs were the worst two pairs I had seen this event and the pins had other ideas than falling.
Now we get to focus on the major. It’s World Championship time.
