If your kids are into comic books, and you're anywhere near @piccadillywaterstones before the end of May, definitely check out the Comic Book Room on the Lower Ground floor. All the Bunny vs Monkey, Dog Man, Cat Kid, Beano, Asterix, Tin Tin, and tons of others I haven't read (yet?) that you could ask for. Plus, a little drawing station, weekly Meet The Author events, and some of the books on the shelves are even signed!
Last night, we decapitated a goblin-leading bugbear, befriended his pet wolf (he's my pet now), threw the head into a room full of hobgoblins to scare them away, set a grick on fire, interrupted a dark goblin ritual (by killing the goblins), rescued a dwarf, and accidentally/purposefully unleashed an owlbear. Another great D&D session!
