i got to dance this piece again, but finally on stage :”)))
these past few days have been a quiet moment for me to realize and celebrate not just this win, but everything it took to find my way back here
dancing this piece on stage means so much to me, esp as sum1 part of the uaap ‘87 lineup but cldnt hold on at the time. it felt like living a dream while everything around me & within me made it hard to stay, until the moment the team won & i cldnt hold back my cries coz i felt like i was watching smth i was supposed to live
from there, i chose to rebuild by showing up again, healing, taking every opportunity, until i slowly found my place back in it n make myself feel that i deserve the things im receiving
and slowly, things opened again. trust, opportunities, and people who believed in me even when i was still finding my way

@ayealba @martinmarcaida , thank u for trusting & believing in me again and allowing me to grow into this version of myself
to my team, thank u for being a space where i can open up again. as sum1 who used to build walls around ppl, im grateful to finally break them down and be myself more as we all chase this very same dream :”)
to my seniors, i used to wonder what you saw in me but now i realize it is the same belief that kept me going ! special mention to my kuyas
