A long-form facilitated lunch with pizza, questions, and honest conversation about the pride, weight, performance, inheritance, and cost of masculinity.
Saturday May 2: Man in Man: A Body Slam Laboratory
11 AM–4 PM | Buddies in Bad Times Theatre, 12 Alexander St
A physical theatre/clown workshop where we explore masculinity through movement, masks, play, and collective experimentation.

What a magical night with @yelyahwilliams . I know she knows this about her fans but I am 4 years younger than her and she has been part of my whole life. She has inadvertently saved my life many of times.
Then she brings on @cityandcolour_official who was the first concert I ever bought with my own money at like 13 or 14.
It’s hard understanding if my need for this era is for the nostalgic or contemporary Jay, but i really needed it last night.

I didn’t realize how much I did in April last year.
Waking up in the morning and hiking the Hollywood Hills was not something my 8 year old trailer park self would have ever thought would be something they would have been doing.
What can I say other than don’t I look adorable?

I have taken a step back from social media. Not for any reason but my focus has been so much on work and finding myself and my community again.
Though not always successful, 2025 started with rebellion; through a toxic contract in Calgary and finding love that may have not worked out but changed me forever.

Good morning! If you didn’t know I turned 32 today. I think I say this every year but, wow, I never thought I would be here. I’m trying to find the joy of being lost and also totally sure of myself every day and try to not judge where I’m at but love that I get to be here
