Spent the last two weeks back in the operations and scheduling seat at Ecotrans.
Smashing out our biggest month to date! Today’s toolbox covered the key stuff including KPIs, EPA, WorkSafe, and what it actually takes to stand out in this business with over 80 staff.
Getting back into the day to day gave me some new drive. Plenty going right, but also things that need tightening up.
We’ll be implementing some new rules and standards off the back of this to take the business to the next level this year.
I need more truck drivers & machine operators (skips, crane, site cleans) MR & HR drivers . If you know someone who is a truck driver give them my number. Well above award, lots of hours available.
