For years, I’ve taken a primarily non-verbal approach to Instagram, using it as an extension of my art practice. Through my posts, I’ve explored patterns—temporal, formal, linguistic, and poetic in nature—intentionally letting images speak for themselves. This has been a conscious choice, reflecting both my discomfort / dislike with the META platforms while still valuing the connections I’ve made and the ability to discover artists from around the world.
That said, I’m shifting my use of this platform. I will be keeping the first 7,249 posts as a digital archive of this ongoing exploration, but moving forward, I’ll only be posting promotional materials that direct you to other digital platforms and commercial projects.
