I would really like to start offering ALL of my services through this platform on a more consistent basis. For the last 3 years, I’ve been working on integrating a range of methods to support people through whatever journey they may be on. I am still doing that work in real time. I want to leave a positive, tangible impact in as many people’s lives as I can while also leading a sustainable life for myself and my child.

Okay so boom… this was after being at @monstersdance all weekend which left me feeling so inspired and hungry and eager for more.
I don’t speak much about the longterm/lifelong impact my rollover accident (January 2023) had on me but, having traumatic brain injury, I’ve had to cope with the fact that it’s much more difficult to maintain my mind-body connection and I have to try a lot harder than I once did to retain choreo and really let it settle into my bones. I’ve spent the last 2+ years discovering the severity of these new circumstances and coping with the fact that I now need to show up differently and with even more effort and commitment than I did throughout my earlier life. Slowly, I think that I’m finding (and accepting) my new normal as a dancer but through the journey, there are so many things I critique myself on, in nearly every class, performance, etc. And in this video, I am grateful to just be in love with dance and feel rooted in my body. 🤸🏽♀️🧘🏽♀️
